WI HILLS MENOMONIE 9/23 CANCELED; Maiden Rock Instead

I had wanted to schedule a ride from Menomonie, but upon driving the route I found a trail closure and several roads in poor riding condition due to numerous unfilled potholes, large gravel-filled potholes, poor patching jobs, extremely bumpy surfaces, and stretches of fresh tar with lots of loose gravel on some hills. Too many roads had no suitable alternatives. I've never before found these roads in such poor condition. This is very disappointing, and does not bode well for the future.

So we'll ride from Maiden Rock instead.
