On a ride I lead in Coon Rapids and Andover, I recently noticed a Bike Route sign. Being a mapper for  OpenStreetMap (used by RWGPS in addition to Google), I decided to add the route to the map. The city of Andover had a good city map that I referenced. The trivia: Andover names their N/S streets after 26 trees, 26 birds, 26 Indian tribes, and finally 6 elements. All A-Z, starting on the first street west of University Avenue. Fun fact for the day

Approximately how long before we notice the updates on RWGPS?

The changes I made to Andover local bike routes showed up today in the RWGPS Android app. Routes are only rendered by RWGPS in the "OSM Cycle" map type so you won't see these particular changes in any other map type.

I will provide a more complete answer about how fast RWGPS picks up map changes to government routes, path alignment changes, new paths, and road surface changes in another post to this forum in a few days.
