We'll do about a 4-5 mile hike on the Sunfish Lake Park turf trails. It's hilly so we can decide at various trail intersections to continue or head back. Sunfish Lake Park is 284 acres and has approximately 9 miles of mowed trails. We won't be doing them all!
Meet in the parking lot by the Sally Manzara Interpretive Nature Center at 11 a.m. The Nature Center building is open and there's also a portable toilet available there.
The best address is 10000 Stillwater Avenue North, Lake Elmo 55042. Take Stillwater Blvd North east 2.6 miles from the I-694 exit at 34th Street North. Continue straight through the round-about at Jamaca Avenue North onto Stillwater Blvd to Stillwater Lane North. Turn left at Stillwater Lane North and then an immediate left onto the gravel road back to their parking lot and Nature Center.
Leashed dogs are welcome.
