Watermelon 2009

Watermelon Ride 2009

Three of the best things in America are the Fourth of July, bicycling, and watermelon. And there's an opportunity to enjoy all three of them at the 28th Annual Watermelon Ride, on Saturday, July 4th.  It's a fun and sociable family ride - with route options of 15, 25, and 55 miles - followed by an excellent Fourth of July picnic at Snail Lake in Shoreview.  For more information click here.

Volunteers are needed to help at the Watermelon Ride. Click here for details. Only a few positions are still available, Volunteer and ride for free!

Online registration is now available!

The Paul Bunyan Double Century

has been rescheduled for Saturday, July 11, 2009. See Ride Schedule for full details.

Originally scheduled for June 27, it was postponed as the weather did not cooperate. Therefore, we're going to give it one more try. Thanks to the twenty-plus brave souls who showed up on that soggy morning. Undaunted, they were ready to roll into that dark and stormy brew. It was a difficult call to postpone it, but rider safety is our first concern. Please join us again and we'll make it happen!
